My order doesn’t fit. What do I do?

Alterations are accepted and chargeable.

Please note: All orders are standard size. We recommend you to check the size chart on our website before placing an order. In case of custom orders, sizes will be taken in person/ over WhatsApp/ or on a video call.

How do I care for my garments?

Each piece is made just for you. Certain irregularities are possible and should not be misconstrued as defects.
STORAGE: Preferably keep the garments in a plastic or fabric pouch at all time. Do not cover the garments in butter paper or newspaper.
WASHCARE: Kindly read the wash-care labels inside each garment carefully before washing.

How do I make a change after I order?

We are happy to incorporate your requirements subject to the order is not already at a stage where unfortunately we shall not be able to do the needful. Any changes within our limitations shall be entertained without any hesitation.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you take custom orders?

My Address is wrong!

Please contact us via WhatsApp/Call: +91 8850649596 or Email on [email protected] as soon as possible so someone can fix the mistake. However, if we ship the item before this is corrected the customer will have to wait and bear the cost for us to receive the item back and send it on the correct address.

I saw my order is dispatched but can’t see an update?

We work with trusted courier services in and out of India. So do not worry. Keep some patience and you can get an update from us anytime. Kindly write to us on [email protected]

Are you going to restock a particular item or size?

We are a made to order brand. Each piece is specifically made just for you. So restocking is not something you have to worry about. In case we have discontinued a particular style/print or size the same shall be notified on our website before you place an order.

Do you carry out repairs and alterations?

Alterations and repairs are accepted and chargeable. The customer will bear the expense to return the product safely to the HQ. Alterations will be done in 7-10 days. The product will be sent to you again on Adepthable’s expense.
